Our program consists of 3 steps:

1. Increase Credit Lines

2. Verification of Income. This means setting up your business correctly including all legal documents to do business properly in the city, county or state they reside. Depositing and having a paper trail of all income.

3. Last 2 years tax returns. This means we will review, amend and file the necessary tax returns to line up with your income so that you will be in a position to qualify for a mortgage.

*This process takes an average time of 12 months. In some cases it could be as little as 6 and in some as much as 18 months. It is not an overnight fix by any means.
